We do not follow latest. Only the versions in the Reth release notes are pinned. REVM 42 is the Glamsterdam track and is not the default backend.

Supported range

REVM 40.0.3 is empty-calldata ETH transfers only. Contract calls stay fail-closed until COMPLETE code+storage.

alloy-evm 0.36 EvmEnv → EthEvmBuilder → REVM. Storage slots hydrate into CacheDB.

Execution modes

SUPPORTED DETERMINISTIC_REPLAY

Same input, state, and rules can be replay-verified when completeness is COMPLETE.

PARTIAL OBSERVED_REPLAY

Reconstructs a workflow from captured external responses. Never MATCH.

EXPERIMENTAL MODELED_EXECUTION

What-if model. Never MATCH / VERIFIED.
